About Me

My name is Mark Lilback and I’m the president and founder of Runtime Labs where I created the database management application MacSQL.
I’m 33 years-old and live in Orange, TX, where I grew up. Between high school and my move back home in 2004, I lived in Washington, DC for five years and the New York City area for eight years. I was two blocks away from ground zero on 9/11 (my apartment as the first tower collapses). And for bonus fun, in 2005 I had to flee hurricane Rita in a convertible, with a giant whole in the top, with my three cats, PowerPC G5, and 23″ Cinema display.
More details are available on my home page, but I’m probably going to move everything over to my blog when I have the time.
